The Familly Project was first a Filippos' project because he had discovered the world of photography few weeks before. But as I was also taking a lot of picture that year, and as everybody was used to us, the project had a good starting popularity.

Well, the aim was to take one good picture of all the group, like if we were an old family. We made a special invitation for people from Prais and they came. Than, we had a lot of chance, the wheatter was excellent, what is never sure in Lille. Everybody was ready to take THE picture:

The one where I am with a sort of long arm touching the camera was my solution to my old camera that doesn't support remote control.

But because the atmosphear was really good, the guys began to make all sorts of picture, starting "jail pictures":

When girls saw this great piece of imagination we (the guys) had, they decided to do something too. The point is that they did almost the same.

After that, everybody wanted to be taken in several positions. It becames an obsession. For example I found funny to hide behind a notice saying "planque" what means in French "hide out".

Jean-Baptiste found interesting to climb on the wall of the dormitory. I was of course doing the same.

... and so on, and so on...

Among the last pictures we took were "stairs pictures". Tired people were all sitting on the stairs leading inside the dorm. They were so tired that they had not enough energy left to move out of there. And while they were sitting there they became crazy.

But when I see all that 2 years after, I think we were all crazy long time before any familly project, otherwise these pictures would never exist...
